Are all your items in stock?

Yes, we stock all the fabrics that are seen on the website. However, each and every item is made to order as we don’t keep any ready made stock.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in our own studio in the UK. It is a smoke free and pet free workspace.

Where are all your fabrics from?

The vast majority of our fabrics are made or printed in the UK.

Do you sell your fabrics by the metre?

Sadly, we’re unable to sell any of our fabrics at this time.

How should I care for my new cushion covers?

All of our cushion covers have a washcare label on the inside of the cover. Most of the fabrics we use are 100% cotton and are machine washable, but some of our products use special material or textures and may require different treatment. Just follow the washcare label for each particular product.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, we accept custom size requests where possible. There may be a time where we cannot offer this.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for everything except custom made items. For further information please see our Returns Policy here.

My order hasn’t arrived… what should I do?

We’re sorry to see your order hasn’t arrived when you expected. First, we recommend that you check the delivery times and information on our delivery section. If you still require assistance then don’t hesitate to contact us.
