RETURNS POLICY

Returns are easy. Just contact us here and let us know what you wish to return and why.

Whether you have changed your mind or the colour isn’t as expected or they simply just don’t work for your room, pop them back in the post to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will fully refund your order once we receive them. Bear in mind that you are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use a tracked and insured shipping method in case of any lost or damaged parcel claim that you may be required to make.

If there’s an issue with your order, like receiving the wrong item or if the product is faulty, then we will cover the return postage and offer an exchange or refund. Don’t forget to include your Name, Address, and Order Number inside the parcel.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it e.g. unused and in its original packaging. If you can, please re-use the original packaging to re-package the parcel, making sure it is sealed tightly to prevent any damage while being shipped.

The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be processed.

Exceptions: Returns will not be granted for any custom made items e.g. custom size, custom fabric combination, etc…
